Welcome to NourishLiftGrow, LLC. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully, as these terms protect both your health and the integrity of our professional relationship. Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.​

2. Professional Disclaimer & Scope of Service

​

Nancy Leeds Gribble provides services as a Certified Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, Master Level Precision Nutrition Coach, and Plant-Based Culinary Nutritionist.

​

  • No Medical Advice: Nancy is a Wellness Coach; she is not a physician, registered dietitian, licensed naturopath, or therapist.

​

  • Not Treatment: Coaching services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

​

  • Consult Your Physician: Any changes to your diet or supplement intake should be discussed with a licensed healthcare provider.

​

  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Participation in coaching calls, assessments, or roadmaps does not establish a clinical or medical relationship.

​

  • Medication: Nancy Leeds Gribble does not assess, prescribe, or recommend changes to any medical prescriptions. Any discussion of medication is for historical reference only.

3. Intellectual Property

​

All proprietary methodologies, recipes, and coaching materials provided within The Programs (including any of our Programs and all "Coming Soon" content) are the exclusive intellectual property of Nancy Leeds Gribble and NourishLiftGrow, LLC.

​

  • Individual License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license for individual use.

​

  • Strict Prohibitions: Materials may not be redistributed, sold, or shared. Recording coaching sessions or sharing portal login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.

4. Payment, Subscription & Cancellation

​

  • Fees: All program fees are due in full according to the selected payment plan.

​

  • The Pro-Age Membership: Subscription-based offerings are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel via your member portal; to avoid the next scheduled billing, notice of cancellation must be submitted via the portal at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

​

  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for purchased goods, digital products, or services rendered.

​

  • Appointments: We maintain a 24-hour rescheduling policy. Failure to provide notice results in the forfeiture of the session, as this time is exclusively reserved for you.

​

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

​

By participating in any program, you acknowledge that physical exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks.

​

  • Voluntary Participation: You assume full responsibility for your health choices and any risks of injury or health complications.

​

  • Waiver: You waive and release any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions against Nancy Leeds Gribble and NourishLiftGrow, LLC, arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

6. No Guarantee of Results

​

While Nancy has a proven track record, individual results depend on unique biological factors, starting points, and level of commitment. We provide the roadmap, but we do not guarantee specific weight loss or health outcomes.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Partnerships
 
Nancy Leeds Gribble may serve as a certified coach for external wellness brands. Your participation in those specific programs is subject to both these terms and the corporate policies of those respective third parties. We are not liable for technical issues or billing disputes arising from third-party platforms.

8. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, Harris County. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within this jurisdiction.

9. Modifications to Terms

​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of The Programs following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
