Anti-inflammatory and a refreshing burst of flavor.

Ginger
Helps lower blood sugar and has powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties.
Settles the stomach and reduces nausea.

🌿 Culinary Tips
Replace parsley with cilantro or use a mix of both for a different flavor profile.
For those with nut allergies, swap almonds for sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
Choose cold-pressed olive oil in a dark bottle to maintain its freshness.
For a lemony boost, add lemon zest if using organic lemons, and squeeze extra lemons at the start of the week for easy use in meals or water.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh parsley (roughly 3 cups loosely packed)

  • 1/4 cup raw almonds

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 clove garlic

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger root

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)


Preparation

Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.

Serve and enjoy! Can be stored in the fridge or frozen for later use.
