Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own content or import it from a CSV file. Add fields for any type of content you want to display, such as rich text, images, and videos. Be sure to click Sync after making changes in a collection, so visitors can see your newest content on your live site.

Ingredients
2 whole wheat tortillas
4 oz vegan cheese (or swap for nutritional yeast or omit!)
10.5 oz sweet potato, softened
10.5 oz black beans, drained & rinsed
Optional toppings: vegan Greek yogurt, salsa, avocado slices
💪 Want more protein? Add in seitan chorizo, baked tofu, or softened textured vegetable protein (TVP) to amp it up.
Preparation
1. Heat a skillet with a little oil.
2. While it warms, mash the sweet potato and black beans together in a bowl.
3. Lay one tortilla on the skillet and sprinkle with vegan cheese (or your fave sub).
4. Spread the sweet potato/bean mash on top and cover with the second tortilla.
5. Heat until the bottom is golden brown, flip, and cook the other side.
